OddSkills: privacy notice
What OddSkills stores, what it never collects, and the two services involved when you see an ad or make a purchase.
OddSkills has no account system, no sign-in and no server of our own. We do not collect, store or receive your name, your email address, your location or anything you do inside the app.
What the app stores, and where
Your pins, your six most recently opened collections and your last hundred completed practice sessions are written to your device’s own app storage. So is whether you have bought OddSkills Complete and how much practice you have used today. None of it is sent anywhere, and all of it is removed when you delete the app.
Advertising
The free guide is paid for by advertising, served by Google AdMob. Google receives your device’s IP address and may use a device advertising identifier to choose and measure ads. We never receive that data ourselves, and we do not build a profile of you.
On iOS, the system asks once whether OddSkills may track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Declining is fine and changes nothing else in the app — the ads simply become non-personalised.
Google’s handling of this data is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Buying OddSkills Complete removes the advertising permanently.
Purchases
The purchase itself is made with Apple or Google; we never see your payment details. RevenueCat records the purchase against an anonymous, randomly generated identifier so that Restore a purchase works on your other devices. That identifier is not linked to you by name or email. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
Children
OddSkills is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from them.
